ADAM DEGROOT

With a rich background in physical education and coaching, Adam DeGroot has dedicated nearly two decades to developing athletes. As the head boys basketball coach at Joliet Catholic Academy and an experienced athletic performance trainer, Adam's holistic approach fosters growth, confidence, and high-level performance in all athletes.
